學習｜購書清單（七月份）

底下是今年七月要買的書。目前公司的政策是，有爭取、有需求，就買。員工需要學習新的技術，了解目前業界的變化，掌握潮流與趨勢，提升競爭力，增加生產力。所以對公司來說，只要員工肯學習，資源的投資，長遠來看，只有好處，沒有壞處。

不過，我的感覺是，即使公司願意提供資源，但部分員工的學習意願普遍不佳，再加上公司沒有所謂績效考核（公司小，制度不完全），因此有些人是死抱著那幾套功夫，混一天是一天。

等到招式用老，遇到「新」問題，沒辦法用「舊」方法解決，只有投降的份了。公司的損失可大可小，有可能失去一個重要客戶，一張大訂單；或根本什麼事也沒有，繼續混下去...
